I have done some search in Google, and it seems that the OS indeed is the problem here, as W10 might be refusing to get Registry entries overrated by the IDT program, so Windows keep his audio config rather than allow the Beats program do his magic with out audio.

Sadly for us, the costumers, nor HP neither Microsoft will provide a fix for this rather than suggest to get another computer or to contact another company There is a way around it if you haven’t performed a Win 10 clean-install. Now Beats audio should work as before; however, each time you change the equalizer settings, you have to close any media players running and restart them again to get the desired sound. Also, on the left side in Beats Audio where it says Music, Movie etc..
